WHO WE ARE

With over eight years of experience, Patrick F Shearer offers a well-rounded legal practice focused on general law, civil litigation, and business counsel. Serving clients throughout Washington State, he provides practical legal support with a strong foundation in contract law, dispute resolution, and trial advocacy.

 

Patrick works closely with his clients establishing a strong relationship with each, making sure they know the ins and outs of their case. He applies his multilingual skills to help breakdown and translate the complex legalize to a straightforward and digestible explanation. With his concentrated experience in a variety of civil litigation issues including Trust and estate, business law, family law, landlord / tenant and more, Patrick feels beyond comfortable in the courtroom, even when matters are elevated. His extensive experience allows him to anticipate challenges and deliver solutions that align with each of his client’s goals.

 

Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and has been licensed to practice in Washington since 2017, building his career in diverse areas of civil practice with several reputable firms in the area.

 

Outside the office, Patrick spends time with his wife and Shih Tzu pup. An avid skier in the winter, he also enjoys following both local and international soccer teams year-round, volunteers with FIFA World Cup events, and subs at a local French American school to share his love of the French language.
